Quietly Loud, Purposely Bold: Meet Content by Jana

If you work in B2B or tech, you know how noisy content marketing has become. 2,000-word articles that say very little. Vague thought leadership on LinkedIn with no real advice. Generic AI content that goes 'X is Y' with no original insight. Thousands of words that, well, frankly, are pretty boring to read.
Basically, it’s just content created so a C-level executive has a link to send to a prospect. It's a "resource" to fill a monthly newsletter or an empty SEO pillar meant to please a crawler rather than a human. You just have to hope they won’t look closely enough to see it says nothing at all. :D
I believe there’s a better way to get noticed online. That’s why I started Content by Jana. You don’t have to be the loudest person in the room to get people to listen. You just have to be authentic.
And authenticity means writing with a human-first, always approach. Algorithms don’t make decisions, people do. :)
The irony is: when everyone generates artificial content just to have something to say, the individual weight of a word starts to lose its meaning. And I've always believed it's better to stay quiet until you have something worth saying.
The Slogan Philosophy
Quietly Loud. Purposely Bold.
There’s this idea in business that authority equals volume. So if you write more, you must be smarter. If that were true, anyone with an AI tool could be an expert by now. Instead, the internet is drowning in perfectly polished, robotic content that feels like it was created by someone who has never met a human being.

The 'Quietly Loud'
We can blame a decade of SEO for this. For years, algorithms rewarded length, so marketing teams started adding empty sentences just to hit a word count. Even when the value could be explained in 400 words, they wrote five times that, thinking quantity meant authority.
"More" lost its meaning a looong time ago. That’s why I stand by the value of less, but better. One clear, helpful sentence carries more weight than three paragraphs of filler.
The 'Purposely Bold'
If you’re publishing words just to keep the algorithm happy, you aren't connecting with anyone. In the noisy B2B space, getting straight to the point is the boldest move you can make.
For me, being bold is about writing with purpose, choosing clarity over complexity. If a reader has to go over a sentence twice to understand it, I haven’t done my job. I avoid the "fancy" words and stick to the right ones because making things simple is the highest form of authority.
The Person Behind the Words
If we were grabbing a coffee right now, I’d start with a quick icebreaker: my name is pronounced Yana (yaa•nuh), even though it’s spelled with a J. :D
I’m 26, a bit of an ambivert. I might seem quiet at first, and that might be because I’ve always preferred deep, honest conversation over small talk.
My fascination with psychology is exactly why I write the way I do. I always stay true to the person I'm writing for. I help brands sound like themselves, because authenticity is the only way to stand out. :)
I’m part analytical thinker and part creative storyteller. This balance allows me to take a heavy, technical fact and turn it into something memorable and worth reading.
After All, I Write for Humans (Read Sceptics!)
In the B2B space, it is sooo easy to forget that we aren't writing for "accounts" or "lead lists." We’re writing for people who are just as tired of the noise as we are!
This is why I respect the reader above all else. Attention is the most expensive thing people own, and I make sure my content is worth the time they give it. It’s about having the courage to skip the nonsense and write for the researcher, the skeptic, the decision-maker.
The New Standard for B2B
AI made content cheap. Or, I shall better say, the "copy-paste" misuse of AI made it cheap.
As I’ve watched how AI is being used in content marketing (for a few years now), I’ve seen the same pattern repeat: brands publishing the exact same generic descriptions across every platform. The problem with this is, you don’t build reputation, nor authority, through copy-paste.
When anyone can generate a 1,000-word article in ten seconds, volume is no longer a competitive advantage. If your content sounds like everyone else’s, rest assured that the trust you’ve spent years building with your prospects is already starting to weaken.
People can sense a lack of effort, and that’s the fastest way to lose an opportunity.
Content by Jana provides a perspective an algorithm can’t replicate. I’m here to look out for your brand's reputation, so every content piece we produce together is useful, solves a problem, and builds the kind of authority that makes people want to do business with you.
Editorial Experience with Global Experts
If you had told me a few years ago that I’d be interviewing leaders from Google, Meta, Microsoft, Nasa... I probably would’ve been a little intimidated :D
In the beginning, it was intense. There is a certain pressure that comes with approaching a busy executive at a global brand. These people have no time to waste and their technical brains move a mile a minute. I quickly realized that, to get the best out of them, I had to optimize my own approach.
The approach
It wasn’t just about asking questions. It was about learning how to ask them. I had to become an expert at respecting their time while capturing their expertise. Through many collaborations, I developed a system to translate deep technical knowledge into meaningful content.
I learned how to bridge the gap between an expert’s brain and a reader’s needs, without losing the nuance in between.
Collaborations included pioneers and leaders from:
Tech & data: Google • Meta • Microsoft • Hugging Face • Snowflake
Global enterprise: Nike • IKEA • Ericsson • JP Morgan Chase • Novo Nordisk
…and many others :)
Why I’d do it all over again
These experiences sharpened my perspective on what quality content looks like. I learned that even the most complex ideas deserve clarity. For me, there is nothing more rewarding than taking a complex technical fact and turning it into something memorable and worth reading.
My Promise to You
No "set and forget" mentality.
I don’t just take a brief and disappear. To me, there’s nothing worse than content that feels like a bot or a very tired human wrote it. I take the time to understand your brand and the "why" behind your product so the writing sounds like you. If it doesn’t, it’s just more nonsense, and the internet has enough of that already. :)
I keep my word.
I value your time as much as my own. You’ll never have to wonder where your project stands or if I’ve forgotten a deadline. I keep my word because trust is built through clear updates.
I’m here to listen.
Your feedback matters because you know your audience best. If a draft needs a pivot, we pivot. My goal is to get the content right for the human on the other side of the screen, even if that means stripping away my favorite sentence to find a better one. At the end of the day, we’re on the same team!

Who Content by Jana is For
I’ve found that the best partnerships happen when we value the same things. If you believe that "good enough" isn’t good enough for your brand’s reputation, we’re off to a great start.
Content by Jana is for you if you value:
Thoughtful communication: Words that are there for a reason.
Strategy-backed writing: Content that fits into a bigger picture.
Real insight > shortcuts: Choosing being original over being generic.
And we probably won't click if you're looking for:
Generic AI content: Mass-produced text that lacks purpose.
Empty thought leadership: Vague posts that use 500 words to say nothing.
Writing for crawlers: Prioritizing an algorithm over the human who makes the decisions.
